Return & Refund Policy

Due to the highly customized nature of our B2B industrial products, our Return and Refund Policy is strictly structured to ensure fairness and operational efficiency. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders & Non-Returnable Nature Because our industrial rollers (including stainless steel, rubber, and transmission rollers) are manufactured strictly according to your specific blueprints, dimensions, and material requirements, all custom OEM/ODM orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. We strongly advise all clients to thoroughly review and confirm the technical drawings, specifications, and Proforma Invoices before authorizing mass production.

2. Quality Issues & Manufacturing Defects We stand firmly behind the quality of our engineering. If you receive products that deviate significantly from the mutually confirmed specifications or contain manufacturing defects, we will take full responsibility.

  • Reporting Timeframe: You must notify your assigned sales representative or our technical support team in writing within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Required Evidence: Please provide a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by clear, high-resolution photographs or videos demonstrating the defect (e.g., dimensional inaccuracies measured with calipers, visible surface defects).
  • Resolution Options: Upon verifying that the defect is a manufacturing error on our end, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
    1. Rework/Remanufacture: We will produce and ship a replacement batch at our expense.
    2. Partial or Full Refund: We will issue a refund strictly proportional to the defective quantity.

3. Damage During Transit We take extreme care in packaging our heavy industrial rollers using robust, export-grade wooden crates. However, damage during international transit can occasionally occur.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: It is crucial that you inspect the external packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice severe damage to the crates, please note it on the delivery document and take photos immediately.
  • Claims Process: Contact us within 3 days of receipt if transit damage is discovered. While we are not directly liable for damage caused by third-party logistics or freight forwarders (unless shipped under specific Incoterms where we assume the risk), we will fully assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company or the insurance provider.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production: Orders can be canceled for a full refund of the deposit only if production (including raw material procurement specifically for your custom order) has not yet begun.
  • During Production: Once manufacturing has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover the cost of raw materials and labor already expended.
