Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Manufacturing & Customization

Q: What types of industrial rollers do you manufacture?

A: We are a direct-source factory specializing in high-performance industrial rollers. Our core product lines include Stainless Steel Rollers (high corrosion resistance), Premium Rubber Rollers (wear-resistant coatings), and Precision Transmission Rollers for various automated machinery.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM custom manufacturing?

A: Yes, absolutely. OEM/ODM customization is our core expertise. We can manufacture rollers strictly according to your specific blueprints, CAD drawings, material requirements, and operational parameters.

Q: Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for custom designs?

A: Yes. We respect your intellectual property and are fully willing to sign a formal NDA before you share your proprietary blueprints with our engineering team.

2. Ordering & MOQ

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: As a flexible manufacturer, we understand the need for prototyping and trial runs. While we typically encourage bulk orders for the best cost-efficiency, we support flexible MOQs. Please send us your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your trial order.

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a mass production order?

A: Yes. We highly recommend prototyping for custom designs. We can produce a sample or a small trial batch for you to test in your machinery before moving forward with full-scale mass production.

3. Lead Times & Shipping

Q: What is your standard production lead time?

A: Production lead times vary depending on the complexity of the design, the materials required, and the total order quantity. Generally, our standard lead time ranges from 15 to 30 working days after the final drawings are approved and the deposit is received.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we export our products worldwide. Depending on your urgency and budget, we offer Sea Freight (LCL/FCL), Air Freight, and International Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Q: What Incoterms do you support?

A: We standardly operate under EXW, FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen), or CIF terms. Please specify your preferred trade term when requesting a quote.

4. Quality Control & Payment

Q: How do you ensure the quality of your rollers?

A: Quality is our top priority. Our factory is equipped with advanced CNC lathes and cylindrical grinders. Every roller undergoes strict quality control inspections, including dimensional checks, surface finish evaluations, and rigorous dynamic balance testing before it leaves our facility.

Q: What are your accepted payment terms?

A: For international B2B orders, our standard payment term is via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Typically, we require a 30% or 50% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining balance due before shipment after you have inspected the final product photos/videos.
