**Material**: High-quality carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel are adopted as raw materials, manufactured through heat treatment quenching and tempering as well as mechanical processing.
**Structure**: Various structural designs including inner tank spiral flow channel and jacket type are available.
**Processing**: Advanced grinding and polishing equipment is introduced with high-quality 3M abrasives adopted for precision grinding, achieving a surface roughness of Ra 0.01μm (Grade 14).
**Parameters**: Straightness, runout and coaxiality ≤ 0.005mm; cooling or heating temperature difference < ±1°C; thermal deformation < 0.01mm. The surface hardness reaches HRC 55~58 after quenching, and rises to HRC 62 after chromium plating and polishing.
**Surface Treatment**: Hard chrome plating, ceramic spraying, polishing, grinding and other treatments are provided.
**Application**: Mirror rollers are widely used for surface calendering and pressing of various materials such as plastic sheets, plates, leather, paper, metals, films and garment fabrics.
