Balance Calibration: All rollers are precisely calibrated for static balance. Rollers designed for high linear speeds require additional precise dynamic balance calibration.

Heat Treatment: Rollers can undergo annealing, quenching and tempering, hardening and carburizing heat treatment as required by customers.

Surface Treatment: To achieve effects such as rust prevention, aesthetic appearance, improved surface hardness and enhanced friction, roller surfaces can be treated with painting, galvanization, chrome plating, rubber coating and Teflon spraying. The specific treatment methods depend on roller design and application environment requirements.
